Atlantic Street Capital Names Two Principals and VP of Business Development

Experienced Professionals Further Build Investment and Transaction Sourcing Teams

STAMFORD, CT, September 13, 2016 – Atlantic Street Capital, a private equity firm targeting entrepreneurial businesses poised for the next level of growth, announced today the appointments of experienced private equity investment professionals George Parry and M. Kurt Lentz as Principals of the firm and Sarah Robson as Vice President of Business Development.

Mr. Parry brings a background in private equity and acquisition finance to Atlantic Street from Corinthian Capital Group, where he most recently served as Vice President since 2010. Prior to that, he was a Vice President at Amalgamated Capital, and an Associate at Churchill Financial and ViaFinance Group. He is a graduate of Harvard University and received his M.B.A. from Cornell University – Johnson Graduate School of Management.

Mr. Lentz’s earlier experience includes private equity, principal lending, and investment banking. He joins Atlantic Street from Sun Capital Partners where as Principal since 2005 he led control equity investment and divestiture transactions and served on the Boards of a number of portfolio companies. Prior to that he was with American Capital Strategies and began his career as a member of CIBC World Markets’ Corporate and Leveraged Finance Group. He received a B.A. degree in Economics from Claremont McKenna College.

Prior to joining Atlantic Street, Ms. Robson was a Director at Axial, where she managed a team of consultants who partnered with boutique investment banks and private equity firms to create comprehensive business development strategies. Before Axial, she worked for The Hartford’s Individual Life Division as an external life insurance wholesaler and as an internal wholesaler. She began her career there on the sales desk. She received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Risk Management & Insurance from the University of Georgia.
