Sid works on all aspects of the investment process with a focus on deal origination, due diligence, acquisition financing and execution.

Prior to joining Atlantic Street, Sid worked 7+ years in middle market private equity investing at Comvest Partners, 777 Partners, and McNally Capital, where he focused on investing in companies in the business services, healthcare, consumer retail, industrials, and financial services sectors. Sid also worked closely with portfolio company management teams on identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic and operational value creation plans. Sid started his career as an investment banking analyst at Jefferies and Morgan Joseph TriArtisan in their respective financial restructuring groups, where he focused on advisory work and financing solutions for in- and out-of-court restructurings, distressed mergers and acquisitions, and debt financings. Sid graduated with Distinction and received a B.S.B.A. with a concentration in Finance and a second major in Economics from Kenan-Flagler Business School at UNC Chapel Hill.
