Following his military service, Maurice commenced his career at Republic Services, gaining comprehensive knowledge of the waste industry, particularly through mergers and acquisitions. Maurice’s consistent delivery of revenue growth and cost reductions through enhanced operational efficiencies earned him multiple positions of increasing responsibility across various divisions. Maurice holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Louisville, which he obtained in 2009.
