Sameer joined Atlantic Street Capital Advisors in 2023 with a background in corporate development, strategic finance, and business operations across publicly-traded, private equity-owned, and venture-backed technology businesses.

As an Operating Advisor at Atlantic Street Capital, Sameer works directly with the leadership of several of our technology-focused portfolio companies to drive meaningful value creation through both organic and inorganic initiatives.

Previously, Sameer led M&A and corporate development at Idera, a global portfolio of B2B software businesses backed by TA Associates, Partners Group and HGGC. At Idera, Sameer worked with the executive team and operations leaders to successfully acquire and integrate 11 businesses in less than three years.

Sameer's prior experience includes leading business operations and strategic finance projects (e.g. strategic planning, fundraising, customer support innovation, and performance measurement) at Via, a transportation technology company. Prior to Via, Sameer supported corporate development and strategy efforts at Verizon Media, and started his career in investment banking at a middle-market M&A advisory firm.

Sameer currently lives in Austin, TX. He holds a BS in Finance and a BA in Economics from the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce.
